THE BIRTH OF APHRODITE

This project aims to create a fanzine publication of Aphrodite´s myth with a twist of modernism but still loaded with symbolism and morals.

The publication will speak of the birth of Aphrodite as a metaphor for the creation and change that emerges from the chaos and rupture of the past. Therefore, love and beauty are born from the courage to change and mistakes, which are necessary to move forward and discover the future.

An analogy will be made with current generations, who are experiencing a moment of chaos, transition and transformation. They face technological, social and cultural challenges that require courage to break the chains of the past and rebuild an inclusive, creative and authentic future.

It also wants to warn of the dangers of habits and even addictions related to technology, which prevent young people from paying attention to their surroundings because of one of the biggest distractions in the contemporary world: social networks.

THE MIDNIGHT LIBRARY

This project consist of the design of a book cover using typography as its main component. The cover had to reflect the main theme or idea of the novel.
